BlueWave, a leading provider of community solar, agrivoltaics and battery energy storage solutions announces the appointment of Deborah Collum as Chief Legal Officer. As CLO, Deb will be responsible for overseeing all legal functions of BlueWave’s corporate operations and solar and battery storage development activities and will serve as a member of the Senior Executive Team.

Deb comes to BlueWave with a strong background in the renewable energy industry, where she has years of experience providing insight and guidance to innovative renewable energy companies. Prior to joining BlueWave, Deb served as General Counsel to Solect Energy and to NEC Energy Solutions where she advanced renewable energy deployment and was an active member of the Executive Team.

Deb’s role helping to provide strategic leadership and solution-oriented legal advice will be critical as BlueWave continues to grow as a solar and battery storage developer, owner, and operator.
