Patty DiOrio serves as BlueWave’s Chief Development Officer, leading development, strategy, policy, and government affairs across the company’s solar and energy storage portfolio. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the power industry, including senior leadership roles at Ørsted, National Grid, and IHS CERA, with deep expertise in project development, commercialization, and clean energy strategy.
Sean Finnerty serves as Chief Executive Officer of BlueWave, is a member of the company’s Board of Directors, and leads BlueWave’s strategic roadmap for long-term growth. He brings more than 30 years of experience developing, building, and operating renewable energy assets, most recently serving as President of Renewable Power at Competitive Power Ventures.
James Haley serves as BlueWave’s Chief Financial Officer, leading the company’s finance, treasury, accounting, corporate operations, and asset management functions. He brings extensive financial leadership experience across the energy, manufacturing, biotechnology, and technology sectors, including senior roles at Desktop Metal and A123 Systems supporting capital raises, public market readiness, and strategic transactions.
Rebecca Limmer serves as BlueWave’s General Counsel, overseeing all legal affairs and supporting the company’s solar and energy storage portfolio, asset ownership, and operations. She brings nearly two decades of experience across federal leadership and private sector clean energy financing and development, with expertise in complex energy transactions, regulatory strategy, and corporate governance. She most recently served as Chief Counsel for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office.
Jeph Shaw serves as BlueWave’s Chief Investment Officer, leading investment strategy and capital deployment across the company’s solar and energy storage portfolio. A seasoned corporate finance executive, he brings extensive experience in renewable energy infrastructure investment, capital strategy, and transaction execution, including senior leadership roles at Pine Gate Renewables, Townsend Clare Holdings, New Energy Capital, and SunEdison and Terraform Power.
Bharath Srinivasan serves as BlueWave’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing engineering, procurement and construction, operations, and asset management. A seasoned solar industry veteran, he brings more than a decade of experience across project origination, EPC, and operations, including senior leadership roles at Summit Ridge Energy and Distributed Sun.
