We serve our communities in more ways than one. Volunteering and community service play an important role at BlueWave. We take time every year to give back through company service projects, individual and team volunteer days. BlueWave also makes annual grants to organizations chosen by employees. We are committed to energy and environmental justice.
BlueWave understands that it is imperative for there to be more direct and meaningful action toward energy and environmental justice for BIPOC communities. We are solving for this in three ways. We are making clean energy services more accessible to low-income communities. A commitment to partnership with organizations including Indigenous communities, AABE, and NEWIEE, among others. Our social impact team holds us accountable to a rigorous anti-racism action plan. Learn more below.
